Since his appointment, Solar has touted his credentials, styling himself “His Excellency” in interviews and on his social-media accounts. Solar tweeted from his diplomatic Twitter account (@HEjustinsun) as not too long ago as October, and, as of press time, he nonetheless maintained the “H.E.” honorific on his private Twitter account. He has given no indication that he’s not an envoy.
