I was excited intially by the verdict but now I’m hearing reports the ruling was that XRP is not a security when bought on an exchange by the public, but it was ruled it IS a security when bought by banks who would be the ones using it. If that’s true then XRP use case is done. Does anyone know if this is true? Cuz if it is I don’t see how this is a win for Ripple.

There are tons of whales transferring to exchanges to dump. I saw more than 2000BTCs on the order book in Binance when BTC was about to going down to 31K levels (which it did). I’ve never seen those in buy orders so it’s bearish.
