U.S. Charges Against FTX’s Sam Bankman-Fried Don’t Warrant Dismissal, Prosecutors Say

In early Could, Bankman-Fried filed pretrial motions to dismiss most expenses levied towards him by U.S. prosecutors, together with his protection arguing procedural points, the irrelevance of some U.S. legal guidelines given FTX’s non-U.S. location, and that the fees exceeded the agreed extradition phrases. The motions didn’t search to dismiss securities fraud and cash laundering expenses.
