Matter Labs, the corporate behind zkSync, has disowned allegations from Polygon that it duplicated a few of the latter’s open-source code with out correct attribution. Polygon charged Matter Labs’s latest launch, Boojum, with incorporating code from the open-source Plonky2 zero-knowledge expertise with out correct credit score. Alex Gluchowski, co-founder and chief government of Matter Labs, refuted the claims, stating that the staff gave correct credit score to Polygon within the first line of the Boojum module. Gluchowski added that solely 5% of the Boojum code relies on the code of Plonky2.
