Binance France president David Prinçay confirmed on Twitter that the alternate was visited by the authorities final week, stating that, “In France, on-site inspections by regulators and inspectors are a part of the regulatory obligations that each one monetary establishments should adjust to.”

Prinçay added that Binance “has been absolutely collaborative and absolutely met obligations,” and that the alternate will “proceed to work carefully with regulators and legislation enforcement companies on all ongoing compliance necessities to take care of excessive requirements.”
