Awww, Sam Bankman-Fried Doesn’t Have Sufficient Internet in Prison

TL;DR

SBF is now claiming the 2 days of web entry he will get on his authorities provided laptop computer (whereas in federal jail) is hindering his capacity to defend himself.

We’d have thought the $20.3M of FTX funds that Sam paid to his attorneys within the early months of the corporate’s chapter could be sufficient for a stable protection.

Ol’ Samuel is now requesting an internet-enabled laptop computer and entry to a cellblock on the federal courthouse in Manhattan, 5 days every week.

In response, the courts are calling ‘bullsh*t!’ – pointing to the truth that Sam’s machine entry for reviewing proof already exceeds what is often accessible to pretrial detainees.

Full Story

You guys, Sam Bankman-Fried doesn’t have 24hr web entry in jail.

Gentle a candle. Say a prayer.

For a man that:

(Allegedly) stole/misplaced over $8B of shoppers’ funds

Tampered with witnesses whereas underneath home arrest

Used a VPN in clear disregard for the circumstances of his bail

…it’s a daring transfer to be complaining about web entry.

However Sam’s a daring man!

However apparently we’d be improper…

It ain’t the swift justice we’ve all been hoping to see.

…nevertheless it’s a begin.
